AUTOart made some exceptionally detailed diecast scale model cars in the past like the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport, Lexus LFA, Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, Lamborghini Veneno, McLaren F1, Nissan GT-R, Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) Z-Tune and more! And many of these are extremely collectible and super rare now a days. Some of the above listed car sell for 10time its original price on Ebay!
One of my favourite is the whitest white Lexus LFA and somehow I missed it the first time around, the I tried getting back but it is out of my league already. But this news about the re-release got me excited mostly because of the Lexus LFA and that is in the list. AUTOart’s FB post says it will be released in composite form so the diecast cars don’t loose value but also satisfy collectors like me! This LFA will come in whitest white, whitest white/carbon, matt black, red, pearl yellow, pearl blue and passionate pink
Another AUTOart that I wanted and missed is this Lamborghini Veneno in 1:18 scale! So this announcement of a Veneno in the rerelease list came in surprise and I was super excited at the same time. This too is to be released in more than one color and the list says grigio metalluro with white accents, grigio metalluro with red accents and grigio metalluro with green accents and that pretty much covers the entire spectrum.
Finally the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) Z-Tune in z-tune silver, bayside blue, black pearl and midnight purple, which is an equally sweet. Though not as popular as other two exotics cars in the list, this by the way is a hard target too. I fortunately could a get my hands one of these beauty even before they became extinct!
