The name Valentino Rossi says MotoGP wins and Helmet Communication. His bikes are famous starting from his very first Aprillia to the very recent Ducati. When Rossi unveiled his plans to move from Yamaha to Ducati the MotoGP world is exited and his stallion “Ducati Desmosedici GP11” is awesome with those two bulldogs and 46 in the faring just heats up the party. Maisto is the first to respond by promising a 1:10 and 1:6 scale diecast models, they even showed a few production samples in Nuremberg toy Fair 2011. Minichamps recently broke the big news that it will be making 1:12 scale models along with Rossi Figurine.
Two versions of Bikes are expected to start with. Rossi’s Valencia Test bike in all black and a 2011 Launch Bike in its original livery. The figurine details were still sketchy as the pose was not confirmed yet but preorders are going on at a good pace after all Rossi is a MotoGP icon and his figurine is a collectible. I have manage grab a few pics which might give you a better picture but they are all not the sample or prototype.
