Minichamps is known for detailed value for money scale model in 1:12, 1:18, 1:43 scale. They usually make their scale models using diecast material but they also make some models in resin for those sealed track focused cars. Their Mercedes Benz AMG SLS (full review here) is what I like the most and I happen to have one in my collection and love it to the core. Their 2022 line up looks very cool and their newest announcement Porsche 992 Turbo S Coupe Sport China 20th Anniversary Edition is all set to set your displays on fire.
This Porsche 992 Turbo S Coupe Sport in 1:18 scale gets very special decals all around to make it special. The car gets a strip all the way from front to back. Very detailed headlamp optics with all the projector elements is there to amaze you. The front air intake is done to precision.
This being a limited edition Porsche gets some special wheels, and minicamps did it precisely and I love it so much. The front air dam shows ups good in 3/4 angle and that’s the angle I would like to display this Porsche if I get it, which I am very much interested in getting one.
The profile is not that most beautiful angle of this Porsche 992 Turbo S Coupe Sport but then there is some nice pieces to look at. The stances is what I like the most about this Porsche and I personally think Minichamps nailed it. That big “20” will definitely get your attention if not better check your eyes.
The rear 3/4 is usually the better angle, special thanks to the massive spoilers that comes with most of the Porsche 911. Here the spoiler is not that big but the rear is so neat and sleek. I would have wanted to get a deep exhaust pipe as this looks almost flush or fake or toy like.
This Porsche 992 Turbo S Coupe Sport China 20th Anniversary Edition gets wide opening doors, front hood opens up to show its luggage compartment and the rear spoiler part also pop to give us collectors some display options.
