AUTOart unveiled the news about the 1:18 Porsche 911 GT1 model year 1997 a while back. The prototype plain body version was expected to hit the stores this year. Yesterday AUTOart unveiled these production ready model photos in their Facebook page to announce that these models are around the corner. Going with the pics this model is expected to have top notch quality and opening doors and accessible engine bay.
- This Porsche GT1 looks sharp in this bright white! The gold alloy kind of stands ou just like the Ford GT that AUTOart recently showed off. Seems like AUTOart diecast model designers like gold!
Unlike most other racing series diecast car makers AUTOart dont make much of sealed models. And this Porsche 911 GT1 plain body version is a very good example! The opening doos gives a lot of acces into the car and the interior though purpose build show off quite well.
- If you are a Porsche collector and love having plain body versions of the racing cars then this is a must have. So go ahead and pre-order yours when they open!
