Almost Real makes some crazily detailed diecast scale models like the Land Rover Defender 110 Camel Trophy Edition, Mercedes Benz G500 4×4 Squared and Land Rover Range Rover 1970… Now joining that success story is the recently launched 2020 Land Rover Defender 110(five doors version) and 90(three doors version) and pics showing up in their Facebook page proves it.
Recently released photos and video kept us on the edge… They show some details and working features, which I kind of feel is just awesome! These 2020 Land Rover Defenders comes packed with all sorts of snap-on pieces like the expedition roof rack, deployable roof ladder, matte black bonnet decal and exterior side-mounted gear carrier, which is just awesome.
Technically, both the 2020 Land Rover Defender 110 and 90 are identical except for the extra set of doors. These two are like the real life twins, which Land Rover makes! It initially will be released in pangea green(one in the post) and tasman blue, which I feel is a great starting point for collectors and off-roading enthusiast alike.
The working doors, trunk and hood all opens up wide to reveal what’s inside like the upholstery or the engine details. One cool thing about this SUV is the wheel option that Almost Real took for this 1:18 model, as the steel wheels make it really bad ass and ready for action! The white painted wheels makes the hub and details around it pop a little.
These 2020 Land Rover Defender should hit retail store pretty soon and the price should be around US$260 for the five door version and US$240 for the three door version. The price is all as per Almost Real Facebook and there might be some ups and downs once the retailers get their stock in. The launch date for these beauty is not revealed yet but looking at the amount of social network heat the launch should be around the corner!
