And it is time again to update my garage setting as few freshmen joins my xDiecast garage! This time its none other than the Maisto’s 1:12 scale Harley Davidson 2013 FLHTK Elextra Glide in red and Harley-Davidson 2013 FLHRC Road King in black. I recently visited the Hamleys Bangalore and found these beauties gracing the top shelves… At that time I could not get them with me as the purpose of that visit is the “Hunt down the Bburago Lamborghini Huracan” but later the desire for this Harleys started getting higher so I hit Hamleys store today and bagged these.
These Harley Davidson looks so cool even in 1:12 scale.. Though it is made by a budget model maker, it isn’t cheap!!!, in fact its is almost double the price of any other comparable models in Maisto’s 1:12 lineup. Though I haven’t unboxed these Harley Davidson yet but they look so good even inside this windowed box, also these boxes are not the conventional boxes that Maisto has introduced(which I like the most) few years back but the conventional box where the model is fasten by few wire tights! These boxes are also a little big to accommodate these beast of the roads.
On a quick run around I kind of liked the chrome treatment, the pannier bags looks so cool on both the bikes and finally the super high windshields.
