1:4 Diecast Ducati Panigale 1299 S by Pocher wows the Premium Bike Collectors

Pocher is a diecast kit maker know for details and accuracy. They make kits made out of different materials, such as metal, rubber, textiles and premium quality plastics and of course injected diecast metal. Their 1:8 scale cars mostly Lamborghini worth mentioning. But the visitor of “Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nuremberg” this year(2015) are wowed by an all new product 1:4 “Ducati Panigale 1299 S” in red!

We had never reproduced a motorcycle so far and couldn´t have found a better model to do itThis 1:4 Panigale 1299S not only made a big bang, but also made enough vibes to shake other diecast makers who work on the premium bike space. Pocher in their website mentioned “We had never reproduced a motorcycle so far and couldn´t have found a better model to do it” and it is absolutely true because the Ducati Panigale 1299S itself is a very beautiful bike with a lot of sharp line, swooping body curves and lot of eye grabbing stuffs. This fully assembled kit on display was a pre-production sample so there are some rough edges.

  This diecast model comes with all sort of bells and whisles, starting from the headlamps with led DRL, super sharp forks, almost accurate disc brakes with calipers etc. Even the microscopic decals and engravings are done with precision.

This 1:4 Ducati Panigale 1299 S by Pocher is not a fully built diecast model, so all those lazy collectors and inexperienced collectors so take note. But if you can do this then here you a wonderful product that is built by you. That is what Pocher folks are embedding into every visitor passing their stall. Ok… Lets look some more features worth mentioning… The overall scaling and body work just makes you feel like you are looking at a real thing. I got fooled a couple of times, because it is that detailed. The attention to details by Pocher always scores high on my card, which includes the working chain(yea it needs some tightening) and those ohlins shocks with damper. But the steering system is the master piece.

• This 1:4 Panigale is made of premium metal die-cast and comes ready painted. The kit is easy to build and supplied with detailed instructions. The model consists of more than 600 parts made of an assortment of materials including metal, rubber and premium quality plastic. Most of the parts are simply screwed. Wheels, transmission chain, front and rear suspension, brake and clutch levers are all functional and offer an incomparable level of detail. This model weight around 5kgs and stands 20cms, which is comparable huge in comparison to the other closest scale 1:6 scale diecast bikes.
